Using Server-side object model, it is pretty simple to get the previous file versions. Say I wanted to view a file in its initial version, all I’d need to do
When using Client object model, I couldn’t any analogous method/property which would let me fetch the previous version of file.
Can somebody point me to a sample or the property which would serve my purpose?
Is there any news on when we can expect a new version of SSIS?
We are in the early planning stages of a new data warehouse and I'd like to know if SSIS 2008 will be replaced soon.
not sure if this is the best location for this topic, but I deleted a database file from sql management studio
On windows explorer, I can see a previous version that I can use to restore the database. Unfortunately I get a UAC message saying that permission is denied
is there anyway out of this. I am running as adminstrator and I've tried to increase permissions but nothing seems to work
this is Windows 7
I'm looking to have a search page where a user will select an item from a listview, then then taken to another page that wil display data based on their original selection.
A user will type in a string and be presented with a list of usernames that are like that string, when they select a user name who's profile they would like to view I would like the page that they're taken to, to be that users profile.
How would I transfer the variable from the search page to the profile page, and when I work on the profile page, how can I access that variable?
OK, I'm confused. I've set up a formview with a Linqdata source to allow users to edit records. When I run it, edit data and submit, it blows up and tells me "Linq datasource6 does not support the Select property when the Delete, Insert or Update operations are enabled." I googled that warning and saw a couple of posts on this forum saying the problem is the slect statement has to be removed from the Linq data source for it to allow updates.
But if I remove the select statement then how do I show the user specific info on pageload? plus I thought the two way databind was an advantge of the datasource control.
