We are using SharePoint 2010 Enterprise using NTLM classic authentication, and recently we created 2 new Active Directory accounts. Neither user is able to login. I have verified that their permissions exist properly on the SHarePoint site they
are trying to access.
The user is presented with a login prompt 3 times, and then is presented with a blank screen. This only happens with these 2 users and the rest of our users do not have problems.
Any ideas where I can look to resolve this?
