I am unable to run the 'Content Viewing' Audit Log Report. It times out and silently fails. The NetOps folks will not turn on the long error messages to determine why it's timing out, as they say that it will affect the entire farm,
and don't want to risk something bad happening.
My NetOps folks also tell me that the reason the Content Viewing report times out is due to the fact that there are over 300 connections (which I assume is simultaneous users).
Does any of this sound plausible, or does anyone has concrete reasons as to why the Content Viewing report would timeout.
