Is there any way to make font size a percentage of the size of either the parent container or the browser window viewport? Having fixed-width fonts inside variable-width containers is causing the layout to break.

Hi Everyone, I need to detect the size of the user's screen for mobile devices (especially the BlackBerry). I've read a lot of pages that seem to refer me to the Request.Browser object, but I'm finding that this object doesn't have the correct values. For example, I have a BlackBerry and when I use the Request.Browser to get the screen size, it tells me it is 640x480. Well, I know it's not that big since an image of 300px wide just barely fits. Also, when I run on my desktop browser, it also says my screen is 640x480. I can assure you, it is not 640x480! ha!
i am creating a path geometry using polyline:
System.Windows.Point Point1 = new System.Windows.Point(50, 10);
System.Windows.Point Point2 = new System.Windows.Point(200, 10);
System.Windows.Point Point3 = new System.Windows.Point(200, 100);
System.Windows.Point Point4 = new System.Windows.Point(10, 100);
System.Windows.Point Point5 = new System.Windows.Point(10, 50);
System.Windows.Point Point6 = new System.Windows.Point(50, 10);
PointCollection polygonPoints = new PointCollection();
yellowPolyline.Points = polygonPoints;
this is a rectangle which is clipped from top-left,
actually i want to create dynamically a polyline whose size is relative to the image i click on the canvas
and then apply than clip that image using that polyline,,so that the image looks clipped from top-left
I have two major problems.
1. After dragged the control to form1 designer when im on form1 designer i dont see anything in the control only when i run my program. I thought ill some kind of preview or what i painted in the control ill see it on the form1 designer before i run my application.
2. On form1 when i manualy stretch the size of the new control on form1 designer to be bigger or smaller the things i painted dosent fit i thought the way i created the code in the control code it will keep its size arroding to the size changed ill do in
form1 designer but it dosent.
So here is the code of the control and form1 can someone help me with this two problems show me the correct code?
First the control code:
public partial class My_Diet_Graph_Control : UserControl
Using the Calendar control, is it possible to set a custom font style and size independent of the rest of the control?
I presently use the following in my page;

ForeColor="Black" Height="140px" NextPrevFormat="ShortMonth" Width="200px"
Caption="Calendar of Events" CaptionAlign="Top" ToolTip=" ">
<SelectedDayStyle BackColor="#DDD5BE" ForeColor="White" />
<SelectorStyle Font-Bold="False" />
<TodayDayStyle BackColor="#D4CAAF" Font-Bold="True"
Font-Names="Segoe UI" Font-Size="14px" />
<OtherMonthDayStyle ForeColor="#999999" />
<NextPrevStyle Font-Bold="True" Font-Size="8pt" ForeColor="#F9F9D2"

I have Visual Studio 2010 Pro on both my desktop and laptop and have the preferences/settings the same for each installation. On my desktop, when I view a webpage I've created in the Designer, the font size in a <p> tag appears consistent with how it looks on the page in the published website. On the laptop, however, the <p> tag font size appears much larger in the Designer, but correct when published. With the settings the same on both the desktop installation and the laptop, any ideas what I need to tweak so <p> tag text size appears the same in the Designer as on the published site? The CSS is identical on both the desktop and laptop installations.
Thanks in advance...
I am using an SPGridView to view my data.
I turned on pagination for this Gridview.
For the pager controls I am trying to change the font size and font-style to match with the other text on the page.
I am trying to set these by applying values for PagerStyle property of SPGridView.
But the changes are not being reflected during run-time.
Can somebody tell me why and how can I bring these changes at run-time.
grid1.PagerStyle.Font.Size = 2;
