We have the following requirement in Sharepoint 2010
Using the meeting workspace of Sharepoint, Meeting Agenda and related documents required for the meeting are created, Attendees are added and using meeting workspace mails are sent to the meeting attendees.
Meeting attendess should be able to able to use touch screen enabled systems to access the mails which will have access to the meeting workspace link. On clicking of these link, Meeting workspace should open and meeting attendees should be able to view
Agenda, view/edit documents.
Appreciate if anyone can guide me on Sharepoint 2010 enabled touch screen systems which can be used for taking care of this requirement.
Is there any changes to be done in sharepoint 2010 portal to make this possible.
