integrate SSO with the remoteapp

Posted By:      Posted Date: September 30, 2010    Points: 0   Category :SharePoint
i've integrated the RD Web Access webpart in my sharepoint foundation 2010. everything works without problem but when i run an application, i must insert (again) the windows credential.

there's a workaround to resolve this problem? the sharepoint use the SSL, like the RD Session Host and both are in the same domain. the RD running 2008 R2.

Digital Dashboards: Web Parts Integrate with Internet Explorer and Outlook to Build Personal Portals

Digital dashboards gather information and functionalities from a wide variety of sources ranging from Web pages to applications such as Microsoft Outlook and SQL Server, and present the resulting information in a single user interface. Digital dashboards built with the Digital Dashboard Resource Kit (DDRK) are made up of distinct units called Web Parts. Web Parts, introduced with the DDRK 2.01, can contain any Web-based information, are reusable, and integrate with each other and with other dashboards. Creating Web Parts and getting them to work together is illustrated via a sample application that uses a PivotTable view. Integrating Web Parts with Outlook, the Outlook View control, storage, and debugging are also covered.

Integrate LOB Document Management System

I think this is the right forum but forgive me if not.

As part of an interim solution we need to integrate an LOB document management solution within SharePoint and i need some expert advice on how to do it and hope this is the right place.

The LOB system has document indexes (meta data) stored in a database linked to documents held on hard disk. For now we can't pull all of the documents into SharePoint but i need a way to access them from SharePoint, i also need to acces them through the LOBs existing web site.

1. Be able to use the Entreprise Search within SharePoint to search the index data  with the LOB database.

2. The search results page to provide links to a SharePoint page which hosts the LOB's web site. Pass some unique document Id to the LOB website so that it can show the document within SharePoint.

My thoughts (i'm new to SharePoint and don't know if this is feasible or the right way to do it so shout if you think it's a load of tosh);

1. Create a new SharePoint site or add a new page to an existing site.
2. Add a Page Viewer web part (or a custom one) to the site which points, to the LOBs web site.
3. Define the LOB system to the BDC telling it how to find the indexes (meta data) in the database tables.
4. One database record corresponds to one document. So

Office 2010 can not integrate with Sharepoint Server 2010 document library, both RTM

Hi I have one standalone SharePoint Server 2010 and Office 2010 on Windows Server 2008 SP2. Both SharePoint and Office are RTM. When I create new document from the document library, it can open the Office Word.  When I save the document, Office gives me the local browser dialog other than remote sharepoint library. When I try to enter the sharepoint site url in the dialog, it tells me: path does not exist. On another machine, Windows 7, the Office 2010 RTM can open and save docs from/into the document library. There seems something wrong with the Office client. Maybe someone can tell me how to fix it. Thanks. How do you integrate a flex 4 application in a wpf window? (With Error)

I am trying to integrate a flex 4 application into a wpf application.   I am following an old forum post: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/wpf/thread/39d558c1-5a76-4aae-be57-6aec9b8bf319 as a guide but it doesn't work correctly. The first thing I did was create the windows form control to add the flash control, i added a com component at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\flash10i.ocx and added the Shockware flash object to the form.  added a URL property so i could set the file it would play and saved the formcontrol as mycontrol.   Then in the wpf application, i added a reference to mycontrol and windowsformintegration. then in the mainwindow.xaml i added these two lines at the top  xmlns:ax="clr-namespace:mycontrol;assembly=mycontrol"  xmlns:wfh="clr-namespace:System.Windows.Forms.Integration;assembly=WindowsFormsIntegration" then in the grid i added   <wfh:WindowsFormsHost>             <ax:MyControl1 x:Name="FlexFlash" URL="fileurl.swf"></ax:MyControl1 >         </wfh:WindowsFormsHost> It compiles and runs but it doesn't actually display the application.... instread it stays blank.  Now to make sure that it's a valid url i posted it in a messagebox  and copy and pasted it into a

RemoteApp webpart and Claims Authentication

hi, i've a little problem with my sharepoint foundation 2010. when i create the portal, i choose the claims authentication because i want a form when the external partner want use my website. when i try to implement the TSWebPart, remote app of windows server 2008 r2, sharepoint crash with this error: The "TSPortalWebPart" Web Part appears to be causing a problem. Unable to cast object of type 'Microsoft.IdentityModel.Claims.ClaimsIdentity' to type 'System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity'. Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this page to temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For more information, contact your site administrator. i suppose a permission issue, but the sharepoint was created with a dedicated AD account and i can't resolve the problem. what i can do? tnksS.Net MCITP Enterprise Administrator - MCTS Operations Manager 2007 and Exchange Server 2007 S.Net Blog WindowServer.it WebSite WindowServer.it Learning Portal
