Hi, i'm a sharepoint newbie so bear with me.
I have just created my first live infopath form which, for a variety of reasons, currently has an e-mail based workflow. What I want to do as a first step to transfering to sharepoint is just have a copy of the form submitted to a library at certain stages
of the approval process so that we have a log of all active forms.
I've created the document library and data connections to do this, however during testing I found that the form is submitted as 'checked out' to whoever 'submits' it. I have to go into the settings to check the forms back in before I can view them.
Can you tell me how I can resolve this?
p.s. I've checked the versioning settings and 'require checkout' is set to 'No'.
