Repeating table header text is bold and won't go

Posted By:      Posted Date: September 29, 2010    Points: 0   Category :SharePoint

I have an InfoPath 2007 form that I have published to a SharePoint 2010 site with Forms Services.

When I open the form in the browser, the column titles in each repeating table appear in bold text. No matter what I do, I cannot make this go away. I have tried the obvious things, such as pressing the CTRL+B or CTRL+SPACE keys. I can apply or remove underline or italics but not the bold.

We are still in changeover period so I can publish this to a MOSS site (no Forms Services) and the table headers are not bold when they open in the InfoPath client.

Does anyone have any ideas?

My repeating table did not open/load correctly

In my browser-enabled form I am using a webservice to get data from one look up table in my database. The table consists of two columns (ProdId and ProdDescription). In order to allow the user to select more than one products, I bind  this data to a repeating table where the productId column converted from a check box to a checkbox instead. So every row of this repeating table have a checkbox in the first column so the user can make selection and a textbox in the second column to list the Product Description. When the user open/load the existing form where multiple selection was made to the repeating table none of the checkboxs were checked. I have no idea how to go about to fix this issue and i can use some help. So far i have not use any codes for my form so i would like to stay codeless and using rules instead. Thank you in advance.

DropDownList to display values from Two Tables - bold sub heading and normal Text

Hello I hope I am not asking simple one.  SUPPORT SERVICES<     Computing Service    Library or Data Engineering    Civil Engineering    Electrical Engineering  I have the data to display in a DropDownList control shown as above. There is a distinct category Type(example Support Services) and Category Name i.e., Computing Services. I do not want to hard code the values into DropDownList control. I like to get the data from database to display as shown in above Table. Note that Category Type should be displayed in Bold and Category Name in normal Text. Question: In order to achieve the above, 1. How many database Tables and relationships between them  2. Query the data to display in the above format in drop down 3. how should be the code behind i.e, DataTextValue and DataValueField for DropDownList. Please provide with useful code snippets or references. Thanks,

SSRS 2008 - repeating a non column header column on every page

Hi - I am working on my first SSRS report and I have mostly all of it down except one issue. Per requirements, I need to display a column that is a non header column to repeat on every page while printing and or when I save the generated report in SSRS as a PDF file. I have seen some previous blog from 2007 where RepeatWith property is recommended to be set to the same name of the Tablix in which the column(s) are embeded, tried that but it is not working. Can any one help me on this or guide me how to resolve this? Thanks, Manny

InfoPath repeating table Copy values from above row without Code

SSRS Table Header working differently in and out of print layout

Please help. This is bizarre and seems like a bug to me. Using a table in SSRS, I have a details row, with a parent group and finally a header row.  For my header row, I am referencing a particular cell in the parent group. I am doing this so that i can have the header row repeat on each page of the group. This works fine when I'm not in Print Layout mode. However, when i switch to print layout mode, or print the report itself, the data that is presented on the screen is different then what is presented when not in print layout mode. WHAT THE F*!@!?? I've been battling this for a while now and i'm at my wits end. Has anyone else experienced different results from when you are in print layout mode as opposed to being in print layout mode?

Repeating table not showing content following a rule refresh

Background info: I have a form where I populate employee info from the GetUserProfileByName ws. From there I populate its manager info from another web service call (seperate data connections).  Once the manager is populated, through rules, I'm populating the first approver. All this is done at form load through rules. The approvers node is defined as follows and is displayed on the form as a repeating table:  participants (group)    approver (repeating group)       ApproverName       ApproverLogin       ApproverEmail Problem: The repeating table is not showing any content even though I'm using an alert to show that I do in fact have one row in there. As a side note, I know the table is working because if the user elects to delegate approval to another user (through the people picker), the table shows these approvers correctly.  Anyone as any clue what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

How to make bold/regular font text the same width

Hi! In Excel the width of texts in bold font cells have the same width as regular font ones. My question is how to do that programmatically (in a DataGridView, labels, paint event, anywhere...). I can do this if I draw the string twice in the paint event (1 pixel shift for the second draw), but it requires 2 drawings of course, which I think is not too efficient. Is there any other solution? Some trick in creating the bold font? Thank you, Feri

xml as text will not save in table field in some cases

I have a stored procedure that saves 4 fields into a data table named xml.  One of the fields is called xml, and is just a text field.  Usually, my sp properly stores the data, but occassionally the xml portion of my record is not stored.  It's on a remote server, so I'm having trouble hooking up a debugger to it, but I may have identified some charactoristics of the data in the cases where the data is not saving into the field.  I think it has a lot of "......."s mixed in with the xml.  I'm wondering if SQL could be identifying this as some kind of security threat.  Any thoughts would be super appreciated.

Hi,I have a page of tables which take in information from the user. I am trying to get the tables to float to the right so I have two rows of tables. But for some reason. Each row of tables starts together. So there is a gap on one of the sides before the next table. Any help would be really appreciated  The CSS is .tableColumnFormat{    padding-top: 3px;    padding-bottom:3px;        width: 180px;    }.labelFormat{    float: left;    padding-left: 5px;    text-align: right;    font-size: medium;    width:180px;    }.tableFormat{        background-color:White;    width: 450px;    border:solid 1.5px #38a7db;        float: left;    margin-bottom:10px;    margin-left:10px;    margin-right:10px;}.tableColumnFormat2{    float:left;        padding-left:5px;    }.headerFormat{    text-align: left;    padding-left: 10px;    color:White;    background-image:url('App_Themes/MasterTheme/Images/table_header_background3.gif');    }
