Is it possible to make a report parameter, which get his values from Domain Group?

So I am having this issue with SharePoint Central Administration. I am not able to get into many of the services within CA due to the above error. I have narrowed it down (I'm almost positive) to a user who was an administrator on the managed metadata service
and is no longer with us and was removed from the AD. I have asked to have the account added back in, of course, we don't have the SID history. It was added and I used the stsadm cmdlet migrateuser -ignoresidhistory and I get the same exact error. I've tried
this logged on as several diffeerent administrators including the domain administrator account and have received the same error.
Anyone have any ideas?
i have one problem in crystal reports
i want print group details ,for each group it should print in new page.
some thing like this
Transaction Number Date Amount Remarks
I am just getting started with SSRS (using 2008R2), and find that my reports, after deployment, show up empty (blank) when viewed in chrome or safari (windows). IE(8), FF and Opera work fine.
A simple table report (no grouping, etc) displays fine in all browsers, but if I add a row group, the data disppears from Chrome and Safari. The report page navigation is still present and has the right number of pages, but all display blank. Saving the
Is this a known problem and if so, is there a work around?
1) Few of my group reports which have more than 500 rows are splitting into many pages without column header. (eg, page 1, page 2... etc.) I would like configure it to be in one page however large it may be.
2) I tried setting column header in group reports which are splitting into multiple pages but its not working.
Either I need achieve point 1 or point 2
Could you please help me how to achieve it?
In attached SSRS 2005 report i am grouping by date and within date i'm showing acconuts.
In group footer i'm trying to do sum depends on TYPE field.
For Receipt Column
For Disbursement Column
But report is putting sum either in RECEIPT or in DISBURSEMENT column depends on whatever record is 1st.
For Receipt Column in report footer
=IIf((Fields!Type1.Value="R"), Sum(Fields!Amount.Value), "$0.00")
For Disbursement Column in report footer
=IIf((Fields!Type1.Value="D"), Sum(Fields!Amount.Value), "$0.00")
Same way page footer is not showing the correct value.
Instead of $257673.61, it should have been 257673.61-9340-2875.98 = $245457.63
And Disbursement column in report footer instead of $0.00 it should be $12215.98
Any Suggestions what i'm doing wrong here.
I have a SQL server 2008 report which has a main report and 2 subreports embedded. Each of the subreports are placed under a main group and the group headers of the main header are made to repeat with RONP property and Keep together properties set
to true. If the subreport's data fits in one page the group headers are repeated. But when the subreport's data spans to more than one page the group headrs of the main report are not repeated. Please let me know if there is a workaround to achieve the same.
I have tried putting the group headers in the page header, but this approach does not work fine. Please let me know if this can be achieved using coding.
2-node sql 2005 cluster
windows 2003 enterprise R2 w/ sp2 x64
sql 2005 enterprise x64 SP3
In the process of adding a third node into the existing 2-node cluster, we received the
"A domain group is missing for one or more services. To install SQL 2005 as a failover cluster, domain groups must be specified for all the clustered services bing installed. To proceed, enter the missiong domain group information."
The existing cluster functions properly and has been running w/o problems for a long while now. An AD Global Group was created to support the cluster back when the cluster was initially created.
I found different suggestions from people online about this issue, any where from adding registry keys to take trailing blank space from sql resource group name, but none works.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
I need some help.
If I create a Report with a Matrix Tablix (with row Groups and column groups) in landscape layout and preview it in print layout, the report generates me some extra empty page every 2nd page.
I don't understand the rule, why it's doing that.
My Report settings are:
According my Report settings this shouldn't happen, should it. The width of my Tablix is max 22cm.
What I noticed is, that when I shrink the width of my Report Body to 21 cm (to the width of the portrait layout) or less, the emtpy pages disappear.
Or when I delete the column group, it also renders the report without some empty pages.
I think this problem has something to do with column groups.
Is this a bug or am I missing a setting?
This is complicated- and try as I might I can't get it right. I am running SBS 2008 SP2 with WSS 3.0 SP3.
I have my sharepoint site at http://companyweb. I have WebClient and WebPublishing services enabled.
The scenario I am trying for:
I have a document library in Sharepoint called Wellness Boxes. Inside this library each domain user has a folder- these folders are to store personal files. Each folder is configured with permissions via Sharepoint so that only the user and their direct
manager has access. When a user enters the library, they only see their own folder.
I am trying to map this situation to network places. I want users to be able to click Start>Computer>Network and see a drive labeled Companyweb. Entering that drive will show them the document library Wellness Boxes, and only their own folder will
I need to do this at a domain level through Group Policy so it applies to all users and all computers. Drive letters do not matter. Permissions do matter.
Can anyone help me please?

I have an infopath email based submission form where I am using the Person/Group picker as a way for people to find people in the active directory to CC the form to. I was using the field "DisplayName" in the control and discovered that when you try to CC
several employees, that it would disrupt the rules and you can't send the form.
I want to use the field "AccountID" but it includes the domain before the email alias (for ex. REDMOND\johndoe). Is there a formula code I could use to remove the domain from every email alias. Right now my CC formula is concat(SubmitterAlias, "; ", DisplayName)
Please, before you say "its not possible" read my post. Myself, i couldnt believe it, until i saw the behaviour with my own eyes.
Environment: SSAS 2005, tested with a MDX Query executed in the SQL Server Management Studio.
We deliver a CUBE (SSAS 2005) that we have build for our Billing System (SQL 2005). Nothing tricky on the cube definition. The cube is installed on several customer systems, runs without a problem. On our in-house test server it runs with no problem. I can
execute the same MDX Query connected as a User who is a Member of the Domain Admins and with a User who is a "simple" Domain User. The same query performance, the same Resultset, experienced in-house and by many of our customer.
But on the system of one of our customer i have a really strange behaviour. If i connect on the SQL Management Studio with a User that is in the Domain Admin Role (let's call it user "A") the same MDX Query that we use in-house runs without a problem. But
on the customer system i cant execute the MDX Query with a User that is not a Member of the Domain Admin Role (let's call this user "B").
The simple Domain User "B" starts the SQL Management Studio and connects to the Analysis Services Instance. No error. In the SQL Management Studio, on the left pane it has the same metadata, dimensions and members
