We have external emails being delivered to a Sharepoint Discussion Board and our users connect to the discussion board via the Connect to Outlook option. The users all have contribute rights to the discussion board. In the Outlook send and receive groups
I have configured a send and receive group for Sharepoint the sends and receives every one minute. When a user deletes a discussion board post (email) that change does not sync back to sharepoint for the other users to see the changes. I have enable Outlook
logging on the client machine and I expect to see a log entry every minute since I have it set to send and receive every minute but I do not it is fairly eractic. My guess is that it is logging everytime the user clicks on the folder in Outlook and that is
when it does a send and receive. Does anyone know what is going on?
