Trying to refresh an existing pivot table that is connected to Analysis Services Sql Server 2005 database. My excel 2010 gets the eroor:\
XML for Analysis parser: The restriction value provided by the consumer either does not match other restrictions or refers to an unknown object.
I already tried the pivot table patch and I am still experiencing the error. I also tried starting a new excel spreadshsst and connecting to two other sql servers of newer verions and was succesful.
Hi, i want to define an
element which cannot be empty or with a minimum length , i was trying
with datatable to insert the minLegth restriction
but it rejects it and accepts only the maxLength restriction, are there any way to resolve this?
I was thinking of regular expressions with facets but i have the same problem, datatable rejects it.
In my applications now i only read the schema and then write it to a file to see how does datatable sees the schema.
The xsd i load in the datatable is this:
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<xs:schema id="NewDataSet" xmlns=""
<xs:element name="NewDataSet" msdata:IsDataSet="true" msdata:MainDataTable="tabella" msdata:UseCurrentLocale="true">
<xs:choice minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded">

Hi I am new to WPF, and am not sure how to do something that I thought would be simple.
I would like to create a fullscreen window that, if it gets bigger than 1024x768, gets colored bands (for example black strips in widescreen movies) along the edges, so that it remains fullscreen, but the main window does not get any bigger than 1024x768.
So far, I have managed to make the window fullscreen, but I don't know where to look to figure out the size restriction.
I would greatly appreciated it if someone could please suggest a resource where I could read up on this, or if someone has encountered this already and knows the solution any advice/code examples would be great!
I have written an console application that would backup some ComApplications properties using the methods available in ComAdmin.dll.
So, i have added a reference of this dll to my console application. So, this would require the dll at runtime too (i.e. while the exe is running). But, i dont want to copy this dll all time with the console exe.
So, i just thought of using DllImport to import all the required methods and start using them in my console application. But, i get this "PInvoke restriction: cannot return variants." . I understand this is an restriction and i would like to know, do we
have any ways to overcome this.
Is this possible to achieve my goal using DllImport with any workarounds ?

COMAdminCatalog comAdminobj = new COMAdminCatalog();
COMAdminCatalogCollection collection = ((COMAdminCatalogCollection)comAdminobj.GetCollection("Applications"));
But, it failed with system invalidoperationexception while populating the collection, without much information. Has anyone come acro
