hopefully someone can help me with this MOSS-Issue:
when you activate incoming e-mails for a document library, sharepoint automatically creates a few columns in the document library such as "e-mail to", "e-mail subject", etc.
The problem is that it seems not be possible to access a few of these newly created columns.
In my case i have to create one list where the user should be able to send and also drop e-mails to while using the same columns for the emails metadata (to,from. email datetime). When i drop e-mails to the list, it doesn't care which 3rd party tool/outlook
add-in i use - they are all not able to access the newly created columns to save the email metadata into.
So is there a way to change the columns used for incoming emails in a document library ?
