When in a workflow an email notice is sent to multiple people that a document needs to be reviewed is there a way to do the following:
If notice is sent to 4 people and person #2 accepts the task, can a file be “checked out” or “locked” in some way so that the other three people cannot edit the
document or accept the task? Is there a way to notify the other three that that person #2 has accepted the task?
