A complete newbie to SSIS. I'm trying to load two columns of data from an Open VMS file into a SQL Server 2005 table. I'm using an OLE DB source (I can "Preview" and see the data), a data conversion where I convert the two source columns to an output datatype
of: Col1 - Unicode String [DT_WSTR] Len 20 and Col2 - Unicode String [DT_WSTR] Len 16. I have a SQL Server destination where the two columns are mapped to table columns of nvarchar(20) and nvarchar(16) respectively.
I am able to execute the package and move the data into a flat file destination on my local computer, but I cannot put the data into the SQL Server table on our dev server. I have full permissions on the destination database and I have created the destination
table; however, I get the error below. My question is, is the error related to permissions on the dev server?
Any thoughts will be much appreciated. Here is the error:
