ItemAdded fails after Microsoft.Office.Word.Server.Conversions.ConversionJob was completed

Hey, I defined a ConversionJob from doc to pdf inside and the doc-file is located in a  document library and the job goes through without any problems. The pdf is created as expected. However if I try to catch an ItemAdded event the debugger starts every time the ConversionJob is finished and if I agree to debug the problem the debugger proceeds after the first time I hit F10 no matter how much code is located in the eventreceiver. The "error" seems to occur in the first line of my event receiver no matter what's in that line. If I got something like "string test = "text";" the debugger will come up anyway. I'm really confused by this behaviour and I hope somebody has worked with ConversionJobs from Word Automation Services before.

Receiving Error Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles

I have been receiving the following error the last few days:

The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileImportJob (ID 288eccd9-bdbe-44a6-8cac-aa1619c1a5aa) threw an exception. More information is included below. User profile import is in progress!Import could not be started. Please start import later or stop import now for new import to start.

I'm not sure where to look. We are running Team Foundation Server 2010 if that makes a difference. This is for SharePoint 2010.

Let me know what logs you guys need.

Hi all Installing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit, getting error "Windows Server 2003 sp1" is required for this product, any help please.

Microsoft SharePoint server 2010 encountered an error during setup. One or more required office comp

I am encountering this error during setup. The server previously had WSS 3.0 and the Group Board Workspace. I uninstalled those and installed sharepoint foundation 2010. Initially It was up and running but I was receiving errors trying to load the group space template, so I uninstalled SPF2010. cleaned up the registry pointers to the old WSS3.0 and Groupboard Workspace and tried to reinstall. Now I get the error

Microsoft SharePoint server 2010 encountered an error during setup. One or more required office components failed to complete successfully.

Looking into the issue it appears that setup cannot install the embedded sql server, since the logs indicate a dbwrap error. There are no "pendingfilerename" operations which fixed this problem for some. I tried to install as a farm but it won't allow me to use a local admin account.  I also looked at the sql configurations and the windows internal database is running.

Any ideas how to I can remove the windows internal database and reinstall SF2010?

CLR Integration With Microsoft SQL Server

Transact-SQL provides as much flexibility as possible but, because it is not a real programming language, it has some shortcomings about many issues (memory management, exception handling, debugging, file processing (or streaming), object-orientation (classes), or thread management). Transact-SQL also lacks features of normal libraries (arrays, collections, serialization, expressions, or string manipulations, etc).

User Defined Functions in Microsoft SQL Server

User Defined Functions are compact pieces of Transact SQL code, which can accept parameters, and return either a value, or a table. They are saved as individual work units, and are created using standard SQL commands. Data transformation and reference value retrieval are common uses for functions. LEFT, the built in function for getting the left part of a string, and GETDATE, used for obtaining the current date and time, are two examples of function use. User Defined Functions enable the developer or DBA to create functions of their own, and save them inside SQL Server.
