We have a client that got an error 9000(0x2328) when he saved a plan from Project Professional 2010. After reading the following posts I suspect it is caused by a loss of connection with Project Server:
The client force checked in the project and reopened the project and now it looks like his cache is corrupt. He will have to clean the cache and will lose his changes.
Some background info: MS Project Professional 2010, Project Server 2010, both are running on different machines in a Citrix environment.
Is there any way for the client to save the changes if this happens again?
