All the columns appearing in the Standard view ofÃÂ my doc library are not appearing in the Datasheet view.ÃÂ I've look through all the information I have and it all it appears to indicate that boht views sould match:
Office and SharePoint 2007 User's Guide, byÃÂ Michael. Antonovich published by Apress-
" . .this view displays the same information as the Standard view."
SharePoint 2007 by Ishai Sagi, published by SAMS- "The Datasheet view displays all the columns that were on the standard view."
In the Standard view these columns appear: Type,Name, Checked Out To, Check-In Comments, Modified, Modified ByÃÂ and Version.
Yet in the Datasheet view of the same library these columns appear: Type,Name, Checked Out To, Modified,and Modified . The Check In Comments is missing and theÃÂ Version column are missing.
I don't see this same problem with lists imported from a spreadsheet.ÃÂ In those instances the Standard View and the Datasheet view are an exact match.
