I can't seem to find an answer to this, hopefully it is rather easy, I'm new to MDX.  I need a drop down filter that defaults to current year dynamically, but allows user to select one of all members in the drop down.  Currently we have a filter that shows all years and defaults to "ALL".

In PPS, I would like to create a dashboard filter using MDX that has 2 requirements:

1) Defaults to current year dynamically, I have been using this for my SSRS reports to get the correct result: "strtomember("[Date].[Fiscal Year].&[" + format(vba![Now](),"yyyy") + "]"))"

2) Drop down list includes all values in the 'fiscal year' listing, this is currently what is in place within PPS 'DATE' filter: [Date].[Date Hierarchy].ALLMEMBERS

I would hope the syntax is relatively easy, can someone help?
