We have been creating reports in SSRS/BIDS 2005 for years and now we are creating them in SQL 2008 BIDS. We know that the Design / Data tab has gone away and to get the new version of that we go to View > Report Data. This brings up a tree
of datasources and fields, etc. And I see where I can create a new query.
Our question is - in SQL 2008 BIDS where to we go to edit the current SQL code? Used to be the data tab in design view, but that is gone. I cannot find anything on this on the boards, books on-line, etc. I must be missing something very
simple, but it's driving me crazy!
Any guidance is appreciated.
