Because of 3rd party component licensing restrictions, I have a wcf client (net.tcp / .net 4.0) that I need to absolutely make sure it makes no more than 20 concurrent WCF requests to our in house WCF service (net.tcp / .net4.0 / IIS 7.5) at a time. Via
client code, I tried limiting the number of client threads to 20 but this appears to not work as I am getting 20+ concurrent connections at the service level and thereby exceeding our service license and encountering errors. What are some good
ways to govern the wcf client requests to a max of 20 at a time?
