Hello, I am working in .net and I have a host application which is a dll, and I have another dll that runs in conjuction with the host application dll.
In the host dll I have a main form that is embedded into a tab in the table of contents. This controls all the functions of the host dll, buttons, check boxes , etc.
On the second dll it is activated by the user if needed. This dll starts up an auxillary form, depending on what the user does it may use some routines from the host dll.
All this works the, second dll can activate - run routines in the host dll.
The issue I have is that some of the routines are executed by check boxes on the host dll form. I can call - click the box basically from the second dll, the routine within the box runs and sets the checked status on the check box to true or false
In doing so the check box is not visibly checked or un-checked on the screen. If the second dll clicks the check box, the routine within runs, the checked value is set to True, though the box remains visibly un-checked on the screen.
Both forms are displayed at the same time when doing these routines.
So bascially I can activate the checkbox in one dll from another dll, though the check box will not visibly check or un-check, though the checked propeerty does change.
Thank you for your time, Dale
