I'm using the following code to upload images, pdf files, word files and excel to a sql table as binary data. However, I can only figure out how to display the images but am clueless about the other type of files. What adjustments do I need to make so that with a button click I can access the other files? 't By the way, I'm using an image control to display the binary data and I'm aware that that will only work to display images, I just don't how to access all the other types of files once uploaded. Thanks

Ok, I am using Sharepoint 2010 and Designer as well as Infopath 2010. I have a requirement to send out a word document (via workflow) that will be a template that references fields from my Sharepoint List.
Any help is appreciated, I do not want to buy anything extra and a no-code solution would be best.
How to write Stored Procedure for Insert Data & Execute it in MS SQL?
I am new to SharePoint (2010), and my company has recently migrated a Document Library from a different Content Management System. The Doc. Lib has been set up with Content Types and custom Word (2010) Templates to provide a specific structure to the documents.
There is a requirement that the Metadata Columns be embedded into the content of the Word Documents, which we have done. However, we are an international company, so we are spread through several time zones.
Two of the fields in the documents are date-only datetime fields, but these fields must contain non-time zone aware dates. In other words, regardless of which timezone the document was created in or added to SharePoint, all users world-wide must see the
When we create the documents by using the "New Document" menu in SharePoint, and fill in the Document Information Panel in Word, the dates work as required. However, if we use the "Upload Document" option, and then fill in the properties in the Default Edit
List window, then the dates are time-zone aware, and users in an earlier (further west) time zone see the date as one day earlier.
After some investigation, it seems that Word stores the dates in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ssz, with no offset information, and SharePoint then doesn't apply an offset when displaying/storing the data. However, when
Does any one has an idea why it fails while writing data in to partition.
I have only one partition which is default. I am using Molap.
The data is unable to cache from relational db to the cube partition.
The rrror from the profiler:
Started building processing schedule.Finished building processing schedule.Processing of the 'XYZ_20081102' cube has started..Starting to write data of the 'XYZ_INCR_UPDATE_TEMP_2d232_' partition. The job completed with failure.
Internal error: The operation terminated unsuccessfully. Internal error: The operation terminated unsuccessfully. Internal error: An unexpected exception occurred. Errors in the OLAP storage engine: An error occurred while processing the 'XYZ_INCR_UPDATE_TEMP_2d232_' partition of the 'XYZ' measure group for the 'XYZ' cube from the XYZ database. Server: The operation has been cancelled.
The analysis service terminates after 4-5 retries caching the data.
I could also observer Proactive caching is not properly working in sql serer 2008 when using polling.
Any thoughs or advice is appreciated
