I am designing a data form - adding some formatting etc. I am able to see the webpart correctly in SPD split view, but when I trying to preview it, it gives me the following error
To make a filter provider web part, I implemented the interface ITransformableFilterValues.
Implemented the various properties of the ITransformableFilterValues interface
and method that creates an instance of our filter provider.
[aspnetwebparts.ConnectionProvider("AccountFilter", "ITransformableFilterValues", AllowsMultipleConnections = true)]
public ITransformableFilterValues SetConnectionInterface()
Is this a best practice .Please share your suggestion.

I have an ssrs 2008 report ,in which am displaying 15 columns. Those columns are hidden based on a expression.so when the report runs ,it might show 9 or 10 or 11 ,it depends. But there is report name on top which should dipslay in center of report table. It
was set to display in center when report shows all the 15 columns. When the report is showing only 10 columns, the report name in header is going to right, its not displaying in center. How to achieve this?
Thanks in advance!!
I'm trying to figure out how to display a message box in a ssrs 2008 r2 report. I have custome code that validates a couple of parameters, and I want to display an error message if a user enters an incorrect parameter. I included 'system.windows.forms'
as a reference in my report, and tried to use 'system.windows.forms.messagebox.show(errormsg) but I keep getting an error. I created a hidden parameter that references the custom code.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
I have an SSRS Report that I've developed that returns date values. I have users that will access this report globally, and I would prefer that the report return these dates in the format tied to their regional settings.
I have set the RDL Language property to the expression
=User!Language. this works on my local development environment.
Then I published to my ReportServer (MOSS 2007). Now no matter what regional settings my PC is tied to, both the report paramters and date format display in whatever Regional setting my SharePoint site is set to.
Is there a way that I can dynamically display the report using the User's regional settings?
Any report without a parameter, I can run directly from a report library, or I can add it in the SSRS web part and it will work perfectly.
in the lower left corner of IE "Error On Page".
Then, when I double click on that error msg, I see "this_docMapSplitter is null or not an object". I've also gotten other cryptic errors, but that's what consistently shows up now.
any ideas on how to get a web part to work with a parameterized report?

I upgraded our enterprise sql server 2008 to sql server 2008 r2 last weekend. Along with this i installed the report builder 3.0 on the servers as well and the updated ssrs add in for sharepoint. The upgrade went fine, no errors that i could
find. The problem is now when i go to a library that has the report builder content type enabled and click report builder report under new it does not load report builder 3.0.
I updated the custom report builder url in central administration from /_vti_bin/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder_2_0_0_0.application to /_vti_bin/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder_3_0_0_0.application
however when i do click the new report builder report it kicks me over to
http://company.com/ReportServer_MossEnt which itemizes out each individual sharepoint site in the farm.
Is the integration of ssrs 2008 r2, sharepoint 2007 and report builder 3.0 work? did i install the wrong version of the report builder add in? The above is the only problem i am having now.
all servers are server 2008, 64 bit and moss 2007 enterprise with sp2 & april 2010 cu
