For years now, I always added the "Format Document" icon to my HTML Editing toolbar. It always was difficult to find this in VS2008 and VS2005. It seem it has been completely eliminated in VS2010.
Does anyone have any idea where is might be in the Customize toolbar myriad of commands?
I realize it is available under the Edit drop down menu as well as keyboard command Ctrl K, Ctrl D. But is is just so much more helpful to put it on the toolbar.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I am trying to create an EventReceiver which gives me the parent folder for currently added documents. For this reason I created an ASPX Page which I display through a "Page Viewer Web Part" on my Sharepoint. Within this
Page I can create new folders in my Document Library. This is working fine. My problem is that I want to create an EventReceiver. The event is firing and I can debug it, but my properties object seems to be missing something. I am not able to get the name
of the parent folder.
Is this because I am displaying my site through a "Page Viewer Web Part"? But that would be strange because I am able to write into my document list.

We would like to use CRM2011 and along with the document repository functionality of SharePoint. I'm currently using the on-premise install of CRM2011 beta and SharePoint Foundation. One of the requirements we have is for cases to be visible only
to specific users, e.g. a team, specific user or some with whom the case is shared, who are managing the case. Unfortunately, this implies that access to documents in SharePoint should only be visible to those same individuals. Therefore other's should
not be able to view, browse or search for and successfully find documents for cases they are not managing.
I understand that all documents in SharePoint will be
accessible in SharePoint as defined by SharePoint's security infrastructure.
