For an in-place upgrade of MOSS 2007 Enterprise to SharePoint 2010 Enterprise done by running the installation package,
cancelling out of running the configuration wizard, installing all of the cumulative updates, and then run the configuration wizard one time?
The "Understanding Updates for SharePoint" white paper states:
It is possible to successfully install service packs, hotfixes, and language packs and their updates all at the same time, and only run the SharePoint Products
and Technologies Configuration Wizard one time. However, the environment will not be accessible between installing the first update and the final update and running the configuration wizard.
It would be nice if this also applied to the 2010 upgrade to say on some machine time.
Thanks!Eric
