Can I use visual studio 2008 with silverlight design view?

Hi, I'm using visual studio 2008. I have installed silverlight tool on visual studio 2008. But when I open a .xaml file. I cannot edit the page using silverlight in design view. Is there any way to use design view which I can drag and drop item from silverlight tool to the page for .xaml file? Do I need to install any other tool which can allow to do so? So I have main page wich reads content with ajax, this page is always active and clicking on links only updates content, now I have this content in many different views, and when I click on view ofcourse in design view I see only content, but without css, and main page, you don't see nothing :( , is there any way in VS so that he understand main page as masterpage although that ain't masterpage?sorry for bad english

Visual Web Developer 2008 Express freezes when I switch to design view.

When I try to switch to design view of any form, aspx, or html, the entire program freezes and I heave to end task. It also freezes if I click Tools, Options, HTML Designer, CSS Styling. Any help would be appreciated.

Page cannot be displayed when I am trying to View in browser with visual studio team system 2008

I have been working on this project for weeks. Every thing was fine. But all of sudden today, I got this error: Page cannot be displayed when I was trying to debug as usual.

I searched online for solution. Only one solution was found at http://hubpages.com/hub/ASPNET-DEVELOPMENT-SERVER--WEB-PAGE-CANNOT-BE-DISPLAYED. But when I followed its steps, I found in my hosts file, it is already like this: 127.0.0.1 localhost

I cannot continue to work without testing finished form pages.

Could somebody please help?

How do I hide objects in design mode? (without using blend) Visual Studio 2010 for Silverlight

Is it possible? I tried d:isHidden="True" only works in Blend. How about design mode in Visual Studio?

Visual Studio 2008 Memory problems

My memory in task manager reaches about 900,000K and I don't know why it does this. Definately slows everything down, especially when I rebuild my tableAdapters, takes about 30 seconds sometimes to rebuild the project.

crystal report -visual studio 2008 dual axis chart (bar & line)

dear all,

i use crystal report integrated with vs.2008, and i want to make chart with dual axis (bar & line).

i have used bar chart and input the data with 2 values..

then in chart options > template, i activated the dual axis..

my question is, how i can change the 2nd value with line chart not bar chart??

i'd tried to find the right settings in "chart options" but still can't find the solution.

for information in "chart options" there are 4 sub menu : template, general,titles,grid..

i read in a tutorial there's more sub menu called "series" in crystal report (stand alone version)..

is it possible doing it in Crystal Report VS. 2008?

please,, i need your advice and solution..
