without borders

Hi.

If you have a table with some rows and columns, and set the background color on the <tr>´s like this:

table.mytable tr
{
  background-color:Aqua;
}

Then you can see the lines that seperates the <tr>´s and <td>´s. Its like the borders that define the tablestructure still has its original color (or is transparent). And it looks quite ugly. How do you avoid this? Is there a way in CSS to make these borders 0 pixels wide?

I know that I can just put the background color on the table instead, but that is not a possible solution in my case.

Thanks alot :)

Changing Background Color/Theme between different pages

So I made this thread sometime last year and never really did anything with it. I have a field in my database called 'Color' that is a varchar(25) value. In this table I can put Orange or #FF5B5B for example. Is there a way within my code I can grab the 'Color' field from the database to be displayed using a system.drawing.color? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! I know these below options show the actual colors in a textbox but I am looking to grab a field in the database.  TextBoxColor.BackColor = System.Drawing.Color.Orange; TextBoxColor.BackColor = System.Drawing.ColorTranslator.FromHtml("#FF5B5B");

HTML Editor: Change Edit Panel Background Color

I've created a custom editor from the default AJAX HTMLEditor control to limit the toolbar buttons, etc. But I can't see how to set the background color of the text area in design mode. I'd like to set the background color to something other than white, because with my app most users will want to use white as their text color. White text on a white background is no bueno. The editor has ForeColor and BackColor properties, but these values don't control the text area. I tried creating custom css styles based on Editor.css, but all I end up with is an HTMLEditor without a border. Am I approaching this wrong? Any suggestions?

How to set color of text inside a ContentPresenter in a template

I'm working a WPF application and currently working on some theming in Blend. I'm going for a dark theme and I've created a button template to use on buttons throughout the application, and the button is dark as well. The color of text in the Content property is black, and I want to change that to white so it's readable against the dark background. I think I should be able to do this within the template somewhere, but I can't find out where and Google is not getting me anywhere either.

Any clues?

Changing background Color of a custom slider when IsEnabled = False (Expression Blend)

I have a customized slider control. When the control is set to IsEnabled=false, the color changes to the default desabled color. How do I change this to a different color in Expression blend? I have tried unchecking IsEnabled property in Expression Blend, and changing the color, but is still takes the default disabled color.

Would appreciate if anyone knows how to do this using Expression Blend

Background color of text box on conditional basis

Hi,

I want to set background color of a textbox based on three conditions. I have optional parameters in my report, when no parameters are selected, all the available data would be selected. And all the parameters are passed as a string.

1. when a Parameters!Book ID.value  matchs Field!Book ID.value, Background color should be yellow.(Book ID is a single value parameter)

2.  When Field!Book Type.value matches Parameters!Book Type.value, Background should be Yellow.(Book type is a multi value parameter, which is passed as a string value)

3. When no parameters are selected, highlight when when Book Level.value =1.

But another condition is

 when 3 is true, 2 and 1 should be false

when 2 is selected, 3 should be false

When 1 is selected, 3 should be false.

I tried this way, but this is doesn't solve my need:

=IIF(Parameters!BookType.Value=Fields!BookType.Value,"YELLOW",
IIF(Parameters!BookID.Value=Fields!BookID.Value,"Yellow",
IIF(Fields!LEVEL.Value=1,"Yellow",IIF(RowNumber(Nothing) MOD 2, "White", "#e6e6e6") )))

Please help!!

Thanks,

Sandy

Embed Youtube inside Ajax Html Editor- problem

Hi,

When inserting a simple embed of youtube inside the ajax editor, on firefox and chrome problems occur. On the other hand on internet explorer 8 everything works fine. I found this solution http://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/4228/bug-in-ajax-html-editor.aspx .

My question is where do I find the DesignPanel.pre.js ?

Using Dynamic Property inside Html Helper with Razor fires an error

Hello,

I have the following with Razor:

@Html.GoogleAjax(View.GoogleAjaxKey, new String[,] { { "jquery", "1.4.2" } })

And the I get a strange error:

  'System.Web.Mvc.HtmlHelper<object>' has no applicable method named 'GoogleAjax' but appears to have an extension method by that name. Extension methods cannot be dynamically dispatched. Consider casting the dynamic arguments or calling the extension method without the extension method syntax.

What is strange is that it works fine using:

@Html.GoogleAjax("123", new String[,] { { "jquery", "1.4.2" } })

I tried the following code line:

@View.GoogleAjaxKey

And the key is displayed just fine so the problem is how I use the value of @View.GoogleAjaxKey into Html.GoogleAjax.

Do I need to change something on my Html Helper? Here it is:

    public static MvcHtmlString GoogleAjax(this HtmlHelper helper, String key, String[,] libraries) {
