I work in a company which produces digital media content and has a small development team. Today one of the graphic designers asked the project manager that what was .NET? and the project manager said .NET was a programming language!! Following this disaster
I tried to find a simple and basic definition of .NET or an article which described .NET in crude terms, but did not find anything. Do you have any idea that how can I explain what is .NET to people who don't know anything about software development and programming?!
