Was wondering what accepted practice is for MVVM heirarchy. Who starts the View? Who starts the View Model, and who starts the Model?
Who is responsible for all the "new-ing" of each? I am guessing a Bootstapper starts the View, the View either starts the view model from the WPF Binding or explicitly does so, then the ViewModel starts the Model. Who binds the datacontext between
View and ViewModel? I'm trying to establish a consistent way of doing this to avoid confusion and runtime issues.Javaman
