SharePoint 2010 Approval Workflow email is not showing link to Workflow Task list

I have created an out of box Approval workflow in SharePoint 2010. I am receiving email with below information

Task assigned by Chinna Malipedu on 10/7/2010.

Due by 1/1/0001

Approval started by Chinna Malipedu on 10/7/2010 11:43 AM

To complete this task:
1. Review SharePoint2010.
2. Perform the specific activities required for this task.
3. Use the Open this task button to mark the task as completed. (If you cannot update this task, you might not have access to it.)

But I need to go to Workflow Task List by clicking 3 item "Use the Open this Task" , this is not a link here

or I want like "Edit this task to mark the task as completed."  Edit this task should link to Task List

How to do this? do i missing any configuration?

SharePoint 2010 showing incorrect title for Word documents

I only found one thread for this, and it points to one either i don't have access to or that has been disabled: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/sharepointdevelopment/thread/c1d84c7e-8d7f-4584-afcb-19224b51b124

My problem is that some Word documents are returning in Search Results with the first word on the page as opposed to the document title and i'm not sure where it is coming from. The document properties i can view via SP and those that i can view from within the Word document are set correctly, so i can't figure out why Search is showing the first word in the document. This isn't happening for all Word documents, only some of them.

Any insight would be helpful!

SharePoint Server 2010 is showing blank site after installation

Actually I was installing sharepoint server 2010 on my windows 7. Everything went fine and I configured it using the configuration manager.
But, when launching the site, it shows a blank white page and didn't run the site. So, I cannot connect to my localhost anymore.
I checked event viewer and got this:

The start address sts4://mysite:15959/contentdbid={8f44b370-235c-4a93-34-4b2234} cannot be crawled.

An exception occurred when trying to issue security token: The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (application/soap+msbin1

Can you plz assist me with the solution?

SharePoint 2010 User Profile pics not showing up in Contact lists

I have recently installed 2010 Enterprise Edition in a dev environment. I've imported users and created a site with a contact list. I've gone into user profiles and manually uploaded some photos. These photos show up fine in the org browser but in my contact list I have a People or Group column with Show field: as Name (with Picture and Details) however, the pics of these people are not showing up. If i click on the gray person.gif icon it takes me to their profile and their pic is there. I right clicked on the gray icon and the address is http://svr-test-sp01/_layouts/images/person.gif Shouldn't this be the address to that person's profile pic. What am I missing here??

Configuring Profile Image Export in SharePoint 2010

It's no secret that I am thrilled with the new social features of SharePoint 2010. I am most excited about the new Profile Picture handling. I strongly believe that the more we can show the faces of our colleagues to one another the more connected we will feel. Clearly Microsoft feels that way as witnessed by the many features that make use of the Profile Image like the Activity Feed and Colleagues list
