themeable css in sharepoint foundation not perfroming the replace.

I have the following code and it is getting applied but it is not performing the replace. It loads the gray wp header  but never does the replace. Any ideas?  I really want the image recolor to work but when that did not work i thought i would try something simpler. image recolor code is at bottom. Thanks in advance.  tr.ms-WPHeader td + td /* [ReplaceColor(themeColor:"Dark2-Darker")] */ background-color: #999999; } .ms-WPHeader { /* [ReplaceColor(themeColor:"Dark2-Darker")] */ background-color: #999999; } .ms-WPTitle { /* [ReplaceColor(themeColor:"Dark2-Darker")] */ color: #ffffff !important; background-color: #999999; }   Here is the image recolor.  The image shows but not the new color when a theme is selected. /* [RecolorImage(themeColor:"Accent1-Darkest",method:"Tinting")] */ background: url(/_layouts/gp_custom/images/blue_element.jpg) repeat-x 0px 0px;

How to upgrade from Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 to SharePoint Foundation 2010 after mistanely de

I need a detailed instruction on how to upgrade From Upgrading from Windows SharePoint Services 2.0  (SBS 2003 ) to SharePoint Foundation 2010.

Background of the case:

I have all my databases (STS-database and STS_Config) saved but, I forgot to save my Virtual Site )Companyweb site) and I mistakenly re-installed IIS on the SBS 2003, hence  I lost the companyweb site. Is this an issue to migrate to Sharepoint foundation 2010. The Sharepoint foundation 2010 is running on a Microsoft HyperV Server 2008 R2
Also, I have created a Virtual 2003 SRV ENT with Sharepoint Services 3.0 running on it. I also have attached my Databases STS_Database and STS_Config)... how do I get it working like a regular website. I have modified the CNAME record to reflect the new server... http://companyweb - it take me to the new site but it loads a blank page. I did create a new CompanyWeb Virtual site on the VHD 2003 server.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your prompt response. Nelson

Publish Sharepoint Foundation Server to Internet

Hi guys, first of all I don't want exactly to publish SPF server to Internet, but place it in DMZ and make available from Internet. So I won't have any dedicated web server, only one server with MSSQL and SPF on it. Is there any practices to make it more secure? So far I'm only came up with form authentication... Any ideas or links are highly appreciated!

Sharepoint Foundation 2010 problems with Office 2007 ActiveX controls

I have a SPF server that I recently upgraded from WSS 3 using the database attach method. The new server configuration is SQL 2008 R2 with SPF 2010 on Windows 2008 64bit SP2. Mostly things are working fairly well, though there have been a few fires to put out. The latest inflamation seems to be centered around ActiveX controls for Office 2007. I'm getting the following message whenever I try to create a new document using the New button: " 'New Document' requires a Microsoft SharePoint Foundation-compatible application and web browser. To add a document to this document library, click the 'Upload Document' button." On the client side, the browser is IE8 on Windows 7 (Windows is 64bit, though the browser is in 32 bit mode.) using Office 2007. I've also had the same problem with systems running XP. In terms of troubleshooting, other activeX related features seem to be working fine. I can open datasheet views, if I click on a document, it will open in the appropriate client. However, I have some libraries where the Word document template opens the document information panel and those will give thhe following message on open: "One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either: 1)Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on thi page , or 2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the contols. As a result the page mi

Sharepoint Foundation 2010 to Sharepoint Server 2010

Hi there, We have Sharepoint Foundation 2010 already installed on Windows Server 2008, which uses SQL Server 2008 R2 Express (64 bit). There are sites already created and Custom lists and workflows. How do I deploy this new Sharepoint (on top of the Foundation) Worst case scenario: I have to remove Sharepoint Foundation and then install the licensed "Sharepoint Server 2010" version Please advise

When Upgraded a site from Wss 3.0 to Sharepoint foundation 2010, subsites are not working

HI ALL, I recently migrated an old Sharepoint site from WSS 3.0 to Sharepoint foundation 2010. There were no problems during the upgrade and the stsadm command displayed the message that upgrade completed successfully. However when I am accessing the sub-sites from outside the server, I am able to see the content, but when I go to Site Settings, I get an error "File not found". Also the Views for the sub-sites are not working. However on accessing the sub-sites from the Server everything is working fine. Can anyone please help me?
