This Code Will Make a Form Shape Like any name.
This is very Difficult to explain see this image for yourself

gp.AddString(InputBox("Enter Your Name", "Enter A Name"), New FontFamily("Arial"), 2, 100, New PointF(0, 0), New StringFormat())
Me.Region = New Region(gp)

Cool Trick To Make a form take a shape of a name.
