Dinamenta, UAB has recently released the version 3.0 of DHTMLX Scheduler .NET
, a customizable web calendar control for ASP.NET. The updated version of the control comes with a more user-friendly interface and provides several client-side enhancements.
DHTMLX Scheduler .NET 3.0 allows creating calendars and schedulers with flexible time scales. Now users can hide days and hours (e.g., weekends or lunch breaks) or add more time units to the calendars (e.g. display two working weeks without weekends).
A new extension that allows you to limit the number of visible events in a cell has been introduced in the month view of the calendar. If the number of events exceeds the pre-set limit, the Scheduler will display a "View more" link in a cell, with the total number of events set in the brackets, as it is shown below:
Other improvements include today/tomorrow mode for the overnight events in the multi-day view; improved Scheduler .NET API that facilitates calendar creation, fixed recurring events logic, integration with jQuery and Backbone library.
