It just remove a middle string in a line.It has used simple concept,Store one line and second string will delete.

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
using System.Text;

namespace remove_String
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main(string[] args)
        {
             string name = "Hai how are you";

        Console.WriteLine("the String is  '{0}'", name);

        // remove the middle name, identified by finding the spaces in the middle of the name...
        int s1 = name.IndexOf(" ");
        int s2 = name.IndexOf(" ", s1 + 1);

        if (s1 != s2 && s1 >= 0)
        {

            name = name.Remove(s1 + 1, s2 - s1);

            Console.WriteLine("After removing the middle string, we are left with '{0}'", name);
        }
        Console.ReadLine();
        }
    }
