Only alphanumerics and [',&@#()$./\?_-] characters are allowed and atleast one alphabet must be in First Name.

 function ValidateName(source, args)
    {
        var text = args.Value;
        var re = new RegExp("(?=.*([a-zA-Z]))([0-9a-zA-Z ',&@#()$./\?_-]*)");
         args.IsValid = false;
        if(text.match(re))
        {
            args.IsValid = !(text.length>0 && text.charAt(0)==' ');
        }
    }
