blob oracle procedure and how to call in dot net

I need a oracle procedure
Out put Parameter blob

and we want to open blob doc in dot net.

Hi Ajesh,

I would suggest you use Enterprise Library for .Net which is free of cost. We are using this in our project to connect to oracle. Beilieve me it is the best way of accessing ORACLE DB. We are using BLOB to store our attached files by the user.

Let me know if you need any help in code. I can give you a small app.
