See in your install is in the bottom line: "Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:1.1.4322.2032; ASP.NET Version:1.1.4322.2032".

You MUST be running .NET 2.0 for BugNET. In IIS you need to right click on the application folder and click the ASP.NET tab select version 2.0 and apply.
show here for more details

Please Check my answer if you help....
