When to use Ref and Out keyword

Hi,

I know what is ref and out. But I am confused when to use ref and when to use out key word in .net framework.

Please help me with answer.

Out keyword must be used when u don't know the value of the parameter..
for ex: sum (a,b,out c) here it is third parameter
