Hi,
Client Side Technology which is used on the Client side of a scenario based on the Client Server Architecture/Model.

Server Side Technologies which is used on the Server side of a scenario based on the Client Server Architecture/Model.

The client-server model distinguishes between applications as well as devices. Network clients make requests to a server by sending messages, and servers respond to their clients by acting on each request and returning results

A desktop application that is designed to run with Windows and does not run without Windows is called windows application.

Internet based application is a modal designed in such a way that it will run on internet resources.

Intranet based application is a modal designed in such a way that it will run on intranet boundries and no other outside the lan can able to access it.

Cheers
Pankaj
