To Disable copy paste option you can paste this code in your textbox

oncontextmenu="return false;" onselectstart="return false;"

and to make your textbox read only set ReadyOnly Property of the TextBox to true

like this

 <asp:TextBox ID="TextBox1" runat="server" ReadOnly="true" oncontextmenu="return false;" onselectstart="return false;"></asp:TextBox>

just use

<asp:TextBox ID="TextBox1" runat="server" ontextchanged="TextBox1_TextChanged" oncopy="return false" onpaste="retun false" oncut="return false" ></asp:TextBox>

here while typing oncopy or onpaste or oncut no intellisense will occur.,, . just type it.,, and in .htm file it will show options for copy,cut and paste . but you cant do it.

i tried it . it worked well and posted this..
