how to access WebSite through IIS in Windows 7 Professional

I have added Website in IIS With instructions followed by the microsoft but when i browse the website then I.E. Gives an error I E can not open the page & getting this problem with Windows 7 professional

in browser type http://localhost you can type computer name instead of local host into the address bar of your web browser.
