how to remove Zero

How to remove bigning letter Zero

eg.

00000011
00000101
so on


these values are presented in database table, i want to fire search query like

101
11

How we mech this.

there has no primary key, but there has composit key

Card NO:- 00000011
Date:- 20/08/2008
