getting error in SQL server 2005

i am not able to install sql server 2005

i am using visual studio 2005 version

getting warings....like

Try to run the following command in command prompt

setup.exe SKUUPGRADE=1(The paramater is case sensitive)

plz suggest some other solutions...

Remove any previous versions of SQL Server installed and then try to install again. I think it will work.

First uninstall your sql server 2005 from control panel ->add/remove .
