Hi,
The difference is that in a Windows application GUI is use Win32 API to create windows application where as Console Application not.

One main difference is there that no GUI in console application where as Windows Application does have GUI.

Cheers

Windows applications are GUI applications but console applications have no GUI.

Console application run on a console window like MS DOS, but windows applications run inside a window.
