displaying total contact names in one textbox in Application

displaying total contact names in one textbox . in first page of my project i want to design a page,the page
design is like whenever we clicks on compose button in gmail.it displays a form
TO--TEXTBOX
CC--TEXTBOX
BCC--TEXTBOX
SUBJECT--TEXTBOX
MESSAGE---TEXTBOX
my requirement is whenever page is loaded,i want to display all the contactnames separated by commas,by calling the stored procedure "getcontactrecords".
what code is suitable under page load event (i want C#.net code)
could anyone send the code snippet?

Hi,
The best way to get the comma separated mail ids from database itself in "getcontactrecords" stored procedure itself.

once you get the data from Database using stored procedure you can assign back the Mail id in the textbox.
