Hi,
An e-mail message is sent to new users only if "MailDefinition" property of CreateUserWizard is not null reference and if Body is not empty or a null reference In that case, the SendingMail event is raised and an attempt is made to send the e-mail message. The From property must be set to an e-mail address. Otherwise, you will get HttpException exception.
Cheers
Pankaj
