Appropriate Icon in taskbar is not displayed in win 7

Posted By: Mahesh     Posted Date: April 29, 2014    Points:5   Category :C#
I had a program which changes forms icon at run time, when form is opened, sometimes icon displayed in taskbar is the icon which is set to form (which is correct) but sometimes it does not displays the icon set on form, instead it displays icon of the application exe.

when we select "Always Combine" option in taskbar properties it will display icon of the application exe. But when we select "Never Combine" option then icon displayed on taskbar is the forms icon which is set.

is there any way we can clear the windows taskbar cache so that correct icon is displayed?

Please help its urgent a bit.

Thanks in advance for help.

Hello,

It may be some hardware issue too, since due to poor hardware configuration as compared with the hardware configuration required to run a particular version of Visual Studio, can show several ghostly outputs.

Thanks.
