How to remove "Request #" message only in <message> in XML file using c#?

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<root>

<DP_event1_EmailToEOandSM>
<mailmessage>
<subject>Design Request System: Request Created: {requestId}</subject>
<mailbody>
<starttext>Hi</starttext>
<message>

You have a new Request in the DRS
Request # {requestId}
Project Name {projectName}
Street {Street}

State {State}
Zip Code {ZipCode}

In C# server side, First Read your XML file then Replace your unwanted message

string ss = XmlFile.Replace(@"Request # ", "");
