how to make the code to call only the css in the file

In aspx page i have a css class called "TxtSize". I have used an inline style in aspx page. I also have the same class in the css file i have included. Please tell me how to clall the class which is in the css file instead of the inline css

just remove remove inline style and set the class property as inline style override the css class.

It's recently asked in the Interview, I know there will be a key term that can be used to make this happen.
removing the inline css is not an answer to this question.
