Getting Row Value is null in WPF.

Hello sir i have one datagrid in that i have bind some textcolumn and one combobox in datatemplate. In combo i have to disply the members names.some members id if exist then tthat perticular member shuld bind to the combobox otherwise all list shud b disply from master table.
i have done the following code objprop is my list.i have to do this on page load.but not getting the exact solution pls suggest me what to do.Its argent.

gridprincipal.ItemsSource = objprop;

for (int j = 0; j < gridprincipal.Items.Count; j++)
{
try
{
DataGridRow row = (DataGridRow)this.gridprincipal.ItemContainerGenerator.ContainerFromIndex(j);

ComboBox cb = new ComboBox();
cb = FindVisualChild<ComboBox>(row);
if (cb != null)
{

}
